Go Dad!

As David Goldman continues to fight for his son after his ex wife kidnapped his son flying off to Brazil and sparking an international custody battle. The easy road could have been to walk away from his son and not spend the thousands upon thousands of dollars to fight for his son. And who in society would blame him? David is a big bad evil person, otherwise known as a "Father". Like all too often in my commentary of past posts this is all called sarcasm. Actually, for any real parent it would be harder to walk away and a real parent fights for his or her children to the end. Much too the pleasure of the attorneys who are already planning their retirement at the expense of us Parents and to the detriment of our children. Keep going David and best of luck to you. You are a Kingdad.

How can a parent technically kidnap a child? Really, the question is for you and I already have my own answer. Here's a hint as to my answer: "Hell yes a parent can kidnap a child". It appears many don't like using the term kidnap, but if it walks and talks like a duck. Well then, it's called kidnapping. The definition of the word kidnap is: to steal, carry off, or abduct by force or fraud, esp. for use as a hostage or to extract ransom. Unless you have some agreement with the other parent and instead you elect to run off with the children, then you are in fact kidnapping. Children deserve better and after experiencing kidnapping first hand I can assure you that there is nothing worse in this world. More so the impact on the children involved is beyond compare. How any parent who actually loves their children can justify taking them by force from the other parent is beyond me. This is nothing more than child abuse and it should be treated as such by all those involved.
